1. PREAMBLE:
The National Institute of Construction Technology and Management (NICTM), Uromi, Edo state, a Federal Polytechnic was appropriated funds in the 2023 budget covers provision for goods, training and empowerment, and construction activities to be executed in various parts of Nigeria under capital and zonal intervention (constituency) projects. The various activities are grouped into LOTS under works, goods and services. Accordingly, the institute hereby invites interested and qualified contractors/suppliers/service providers to submit pre-qualification documents for the execution of projects as listed below:
